Great Food. Good portions. Fast Service. What more do you need? Just had the best tacos I've had in a long while. (Especially in Indy)

Crazy for Loco This is my go to spot when I want the best queso, friendly service, and delicious Mexican food. Ordering carry out typically takes ~7 minutes. While you get complimentary chips and salsa, I always order the queso because it is like a pot of gold. The Cilantro Enchiladas are amazing and something I don't see at other restaurants. (I sub for ground beef). You also can't go wrong with a steaming fajita skillet!

Really good Diablo salsa!!! The staff are all very kind as well :). It's a very clean place. I love how there is an option to do take out or dine in!

This Mexican restaurant deserves attention, situated on the corner in the Herron area; it's easy to overlook if you're not careful. The interior is both inviting and clean, and the friendly staff makes a great first impression. We received a warm greeting upon arrival and were quickly served chips and salsa. I ordered the seafood enchiladas, while others in our party enjoyed birria tacos and a chimichanga with queso. Everyone relished their meals. The only issue was when I asked the staff to sing "Happy Birthday" to my son; our server mistakenly thought I was joking, which I certainly was not. We will absolutely return for another visit.

This Mexican restaurant is a newly added lil gem to the near northside in downtown Indy. It's almost got a Tex mex vibe. The plating is a bit more upscale than typical Mexican restaurants. The atmosphere is large and modern and they have a huge bar. The outdoor seating is nice and the food always comes out looking great. I enjoy their selection of enchiladas, gotten 2 different enchilada entrees here both were good. Would return when in the mood food this cuisine. Check them out.

I had dinner here with a friend n a Tuesday night and we were able to get a table without a wait. The chips and salsa were complimentary and good. I had a gold margarita which was a nice classic margarita for the bargain $10 price. The asada tacos were flavorful with classic toppings and the charro beans and rice were both good and a nice change from the usual refried beans. We also shared a small guacamole and added this to our tacos in addition to enjoying with the chips. Service was good and the atmosphere was relaxed and we didn't feel rushed. Noise level was quiet enough that we were able to easily visit. This is a great option for a casual dinner near downtown.

Went here for drinks and really enjoyed the atmosphere. They have several large TVs at the bar and the service was pretty good. For parking, they have free street parking, which is somewhat limited, so you might have to walk a bit if they are busy

I decided to take an impromptu road trip to Louisville, Indiana. While on our way, we stop in Indianapolis for lunch. I searched on Google Maps, "Mexican Restaurant Near Me", and Loco Mexican Restaurant and Cantina popped up as a nearby location with 4.5 star reviews. This was great because I was super hungry! The menu included different types of tacos, fajitas, and burritos. I was really interested in the enchiladas filled with crab and shrimp; but the waitress informed me it was imitation crab. I sort of figured that when I saw the low price, but had to ask. Because we were on a roadtrip, and I didn't want to get something that would totally mess up my stomach, I decided to get the steak fajitas. My husband was brave and got the burrito stuffed with chorizo, steak, and chicken with rice and beans. We enjoyed everything. It's always great to check out a restaurant that you've never heard of and get great food with a nice ambience. That's the best part about roadtrips!

We had a wonderful time at Loco on Friday night! We were seated right away and were welcomed with chips and salsa for the table and they took drink orders right away. They must have known I was hangry... The chips and salsa were a nice starter, the salsa was mild so everyone at the table really enjoyed it. Next time we go, I want to try their queso. We continued to have friendly, prompt service throughout the night and orders came pretty quick. I ordered the chicken fajitas and was not disappointed! They had great flavor and had a lot of chicken. This is a chill spot for a group or even a date night. We definitely will be back!
